This super-tough Treadmill Mat is made of durable blown PVC, which protects floors from heavy exercise equipment and sweat. The blown PVC means the mat has a slight loft for cushioning, dampens vibrations and muffles noise. The mat is ideally sized for treadmills, elliptical trainers, rowers or general stretching and exercise. The cushioning in this mat makes it useful as an anti-fatigue mat for prolonged standing in the home or shop.. I have hardwood floors so needed a good thick mat to cushion my spin bike. This is it. The dimensions are perfect and the price is right. I ordered the same brand of mat for my treadmill as well and it didn't disappoint. Good product!

I bought this mat for a treadmill and I guess I should have checked the dimensions before I bought it because it is too short. I'm using it anyway and just hoping that the exposed carpet will be fine. The quality of the mat is good but definitely not for treadmill use. I would recommend it for a bike, bench or other smallish machine.
