New side to Captain Star, July 11 2010

Captain Star may be better known as a two series television animation (still waiting for the DVDs) but his story commenced in various odd magazine a little beforehand. The original Captain Star is a little darker and naughtier than the children's tv program and this book of images from and inspired by his earlier existence may require parental review - not really intended as a childrens book so be warned.Some of the details are a little small for old eyes - the pictures have probably been much reduced from larger drawings. A magnifying glass is helpful for some of the tiny tiny writing.
This is the darker Captain Star, slightly anti-establishment, perhaps even satirical, and a welcome addition to the story.
