This is in fact the first part of the series as it is the 'clow' book NOT the 'sakura' book. This release is avalible in only subbed format (japeneese language with english subtitles) but if you want the dubbed (english) version, you sould get Card Captor Sakura, but you'll have to pay a lot more as it's only avalible on seperate disks instead of two handy boxes

Why would my fellow canuck say the exact same helpful knowlage FOR TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!?!?!?!?!?! Anywho, this is the 'Sakura' box and yes it has tha full second half of the seires. For all ill-imformed buyers out there, Caradcaptor Sakura is only avalible in subbed (subtitled) format, so if you don't speak japeneese, you'll have to read the dialoge. If you're looking for the dubbed (english) version, you're better off buying 'Card Captor Sakura'. Unfortunataly, the dubbed version is only avalible on seperate disks, so it costs A LOT more.

I don't know much about this show, just looking to buy it for a friend. But a bit of research has led me to conclude that this item is acually a compilation of episodes 36 thru 70, ie. the *second half* of the original 70 Japanese episodes.
Just thought this might be helpful for others...
I have no idea whether it's good or not, so I just put in 3 stars. What I do know is that it seems like your best bet, *if* you can find the first half.
