The author of the enormously popular bestseller Career Anchors looks beyond the simple job description to the dynamics affecting the job. Schein explores the critical elements of an individual's job--now and in the future--and shows how to set appropriate priorities.

This review is from: Career Dynamics: Matching Individual and Organizational Needs (Paperback)
Schein is one of the few authors that can write a book for academics and for practitionners. Career Dynamics is an example, a good one.
If you don't know about HR Development and Carrer, you'll learn with this book. If you know about HRD and Career, you'll enjoy this book, and, still, you'll learn.
