This cd sucks!! They were one of my favorite (if not my favorite) bands before this album, so I'm really disappointed. The music just doesn't flow...each song sounds like different parts of songs piled together to make one. The only song worth listening to is, "Die While We're Young" and "5 to 9." None of them are remotely catchy either.
If you want to start listening to them, start with Mute Print, then Ruiner. This cd you can skip. I wouldn't write off this band completely though, I still think they have potential and I bet these songs sound good live.
And the artwork is so juvenile, especially the cd. How old are these guys anyway? I'm guessing in their 20's? They have these fake ads on the cd. Seriously, "VAN FOR SALE, beat to s**t, take it away" and "BAND NEEDS BEER, will drink for beer." And all the other beer references. Yeah yeah we get it, you like to drink, but it stops becoming funny when you mention it so much. I know I'm just getting old...this cd is probably good for an angry teenager.
