Jazz Tropical June 21 2000
By Kevin - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD
This album has an extremly lively blend of streight ahead jazz and tropical island sounds. The playing is top notch and tight. While the rythem section keeps the grooves mellow and movin' the rest of the band can get your head spinnin' with blazin' runs and wicked sincopation. All in all this album is great, especially for the summer months ahead.

Much Better than CJP One Aug. 2 2010
By Gerardo Martinez Casas - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD Verified Purchase
Looser, funnier, crazier, less perfect, jazzier and in a better mood reflects years playing together and listening to all those Island Stories of Love and Sorrow and Passion and Life. More like a live rendition than a studio one. More Tico Tico, taca taca than CJP One. I can feel the caribbean sea breeze in my musical soul. I can taste the salt in my guts. Viva La Vida.
