A little corny,

This review is from: Carry On (Audio CD)
Just started listening to Chris and have to say I think this album is a little corny, it's OK but not a lot more than that. I think the earlier Euphoria Morning is a lot better.
But if you really want to hear this guy sing listen to him "Unplugged in Sweden" his singing and playing on that performance are simply unbelievable!!

i bought this thinking it might gather styles from Euphoria, Audioslave and some other stuff....oh man, i haven't enjoyed this at all. I've listened to it a couple of times and cannot say that I enjoy a single tune...i wouldn't recommend this to anyone who expects Euphoria sort of material.

ho-hum,

I've always been a fan of Cornell when he's in a group. But both his solo albums (including this one) are bland. There a few flashes of greatness, but you'll find yourself fast forwarding through over half the album and just listening to 4-5 tracks.
