Excellent guide for board foundation. Jan. 22 2015
By Paul D. Miller - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
These guides provide a high level of clarity concerning the necessary functional divergence between a board and an entity's operation. On finance, following this guidance will release the shackles that often bind both boards and management.
