CaseBriefs for Constitutional Law Oct. 14 2013
By Andrew A - Published on
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
Basically, this text provides you with the "canned" briefs for a cases in Constitutional Law. If you are taking Con Law during your first year of law school, then do not buy this supplement as it will make you lazy and you will be very unmotivated to read. If you are an upper-division law student (2L or 3L) then I recommend this book because it makes the reading and class much better. The canned briefs allow you to decipher the dense material in the cases, which is in my opinion the most boring and dense subject in law school. Well worth the money because of the time it saves you and plus, reading con law cases just isn't that fun.

Worth the money. Constitutional Law is a difficult subject, but this really helps break it down. Especially useful because it is keyed to the Choper textbook.
