For those attempting lean manufacturing or Toyota Production System development this book in invaluable to achieving the required integration of lean and employee development. Lean without Frost/Scanlon (Change Forever) has little ability to improve a company and achieve sustainablity and Frost/Scanlon without lean systems has little chance. Practice the topics in this book with your lean development and your company can "Change Forever" with sustainablity

Dr.Frost is one of the greatest change agents and mentors of leaders.

This book is not easy to read, but it contains the ideas of one of the greatest change agents. While working with Dr. Frost Herman Miller, Donnelly, Motorola, and Beth Israel Hospital were all rated in the top 50 best places to work in America. I don't know of any other consultant or professor with this track record. He also had a hand in saving Harley Davidson, and Wolverine Worldwide. This book is a must for anyone interested in the Scanlon Plan for individual and organizational excellence.
