Was looking for a small BBQ for my new townhouse in downtown Toronto, was looking at other companies who pretty much have the same frame as this BBQ but were going for double and triple of the cost of this BBQ. I came down to the only difference was this BBQ didn't have compared to the others were 1. Cast iron grills 2. Stainless steel cover and 3. thermometer on the lid (never use that any way). For the huge price difference I was more than ok with this purchase and after receiving it I was so happy I chose it. I didn't want something to take up a big spot on my terrace and was also small enough to store in my locker during the winter, the fold down shelves are a huge plus. It was very simple to put together, I was actuaclly expecting it to be a lot worse, took 30 min or so and I was very impressed with the quality, this will easily last 3-4 years if not more. It's a less expensive BBQ that feels like it worth a lot more. I got the Char-Broil Urban Vinyl Barbecue cover from my local home hardware which fits perfectly.
If your looking for a small, affordable BBQ to get the job done, then this is for you. Everyone I know who has spent big bucks on a BBQ all told me not to bother with pricey BBQ, get something cheap but good and has affordable parts if needed. I think most people after 3-4 years just end up getting a new BBQ, so I won't feel bad about throwing away this after I use and even abuse it.
