I have always been a fan of Chatelaine and loved the various recipes they've included in their magazines. I was delighted to see this cookbook in stores and quickly snatched it up and can say that I was not disappointed. The cookbook is filled with recipes that are easy to follow and quick to prepare and from those that I've tried to date, truly delicious! The photos are a great (and mouth-watering) representation of what the final meal will look like (and I'm happy to say, mine did!) I especially liked the added cooking tips throughout the cookbook along with the nutrients and calories for each recipe - as my husband and I are carefully watching our diet, this was an added bonus. So two thumbs up!

I highly recommend this cookbook, for many years I have subscribed to Chatelaine magazine, their recipes are tested and easy.Now they are all in one place

A gorgeous addition to my cookbook shelf. The recipes I've tried so far have all been unfailingly delicious. True to the magazine, they are fast, use fresh ingredients and are suitable for everything from weeknight meals to weekend entertaining.
