This is a great book to dip into if you need a boost or to work your way steadily through it. Either way, you get sound essays about living life well with advice for Christians.After each two-page essay there's an "I Will" section with affirmations for you to check off. Following that is the "Things to Do" section with quite varied activities to help you act on the topic from the essay. Then there are two pages of "Things to Remember" that refreshes you on the points from the essay.
The essay topics cover a wide range of challenges that we face in life (loyalty, troubles, creativity, sadness, finances, fitness, values, forgiveness, etc.) I think it's a great book and plan to give it as a gift to some of my women friends.
