As a mom of three kids, a wife, a blogger and everything else I have to deal with daily, stress is something that is inevitable. I am constantly looking for ways to deal with stress. The new Chicken Soup for the Soul book "Say Goodbye to Stress" is a classic Chicken Soup book in terms of real life inspirational stories but it is smaller and includes actual medical advice for a healthier you. The advice is from Dr. Jeff Brown of Harvard Medical School. I found that reading the stories made me feel that I am not alone and the advice was perfect. Like I said too this book is smaller which makes it perfect to carry around with you for when you have time for a quick story. It would also be a perfect gift for someone struggling with something, dealing with a change, or really anyone since we all deal with stress at one point or another.

This was a great book that brought together some wonderful practical tips on stress relief. The book is a bit different then many of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books that I have read in the past, but I have to say that I like it! The book brought together a great author that knows what he is talking about and the tips and ideas that he shares are easy to implement and make sense! I have to say that if you have stress in your life (and who doesn't) this would be a great book to read and to have as a part of your own library!

Being a blogger, a business owner with other daily issues I have instituted some of the techniques that Dr. Jeff Brown talks about and will be passing this book onto friends that need ways to chill out from stress! This book would definitely make a great gift for your stressed out friends and family. At the end of each story section is helpful advice to make your life less complicated and stress free. The stress scale (included in the book) is an invaluable tool and something we should all use to evaluate how we're doing in the stress department. Dr. Brown is a Harvard Medical professor and brings credibility to the subject with lots of practical advice. This book is destined to become a classic and should be required reading for everyone. The stories are great, but the free medical advice makes it a winner!

I never felt this way ,that there were people like me,from the time i read the first page i started doing things diffrent. Its for the do it all people like me who try to work,keep a clean house ,and take care of the kids. We cant do it all. Read it ,buy the book im learning.
