An excellent reference on Chinese Qigong massage. Very thorough and systematic presentation and discussion of the important aspects of this particular Chinese modality. The book starts out by discussing the relevant concepts/theories underscoring the importance of having a good and substantive grasp of the 'whys' 'whats' and Hows' underlining the different theories/approaches used. I love how the author linked and discussed various concepts/theories and the supposed relationships/dynamics to explain the 'whys' for the positive/negative outcomes ... healing, etc. This book provides a full out, definitive, and clear view of the Qigong massage _ an excellent reference for anyone wanting to learn in-depth this particular Eastern practice.
