For such a prolific writer, it never ceases to amaze me how humanistic she can portray her characters. Once you read one of the Cedar Cove books, you are hooked and eagerly anticipate her next book to see what has evolved with the characters. She does not disappoint with this book as well.

Always enjoy Debbie Macomber's stories. Her characters come alive and her plots keep the reader engrossed. This book follows her Cedar Cove tales and she always carefully includes characters from previous stories so it is good to "catch up" as it were, to the lives of these other characters while meeting new ones. I always look forward to her next publications. Definitely good reading.
