No garbage here Dec 13 2003
By Matt B. Groneman - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD
So what if this is all material from '92-'97? This is intended as a retrospective a "Chronicle" of what he has done. Not only does it have an excellent, punny title, but it features some master hooks. Dre's production, which is what is showcased on this album, not his rapping as the last reviewer assumed, is phenomenal. He is a pioneer and shaped the whole musical landscape for much of the '90s and complete redefined the genre of rap.

OKay. (My Name is O.I.) Oct. 19 2004
A Kid's Review - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD
This albunm was alright. IT was kinda fuzzy, because they only had one Dr. Dre album to put in the greatest hits, and That was The Chronic. Five songs from the album were on here. Somewere Dre produced songs, one was a remix, two were songs that he appeared on other albums. But to tell you the truth, they did not have enough material. This CD needed fillers. I kinda wish Dre stayed on Death Row longer to make one more album. Probably that Helter Skelter Dre and Cube rumored album shoulda came out...

This is the Best! Nov. 16 2005
By Ice Cream Man - Published on Amazon.com

Very well done collection of tracks put together by Death Row. All these cuts show Dre in his prime. Mostly tracks from the Chronic & Doggystyle...nothing from "2001". Good record to start out with for the newbie Dre fan. Peace
G Funk Era Jams Aug. 16 2008
By MAXIMILLIAN MUHAMMAD - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD
Dr. Dre is the Quincy Jones of Hip-Hop Producer's period. when you hear these jams and think back to those times it all comes together. Dre was in the zone back in the day. these Jams highlight a particular era in his death row era run. dre always keeps his game tight and I'm waiting for the detox Project to finally drop and I know it is gonna be off the Door Bell and knob when it finally does drop. so many jams on this compilation.
Great compilation of the good Doctor's works. April 8 2014

This CD should not be only available as an import. It's like Dr. Dre and friends greatest hits available on one disc. Awesome CD for a great price!
