What better way to start off February Desire than with the latest Rita Rainville gem? CITY GIRLS NEED NOT APPLY (4H) for the position of wife to a gruff rancher determined not to risk his heart again after the needless death of his first wife in a sudden winter storm. Needless to say, he is not too happy when called upon to rescue a beautiful tenderfoot, an intrepid environmental chemist determined to lead him on the Great Skunk Hunt and otherwise discombobulate his life. Brimming with dash and verve, this spiffy concoction of love and laughter is romance at its best.
