At only about 130 pages, I find this book to be quite informative and easy to read. It is basically about the usage of the 49th Vibrational Technique (color which can be combined with sound--musical notes--for healing purposes) and acknowledges the work of East Indian physician Dr. Dinshah P. Ghadiali. The technique of recirculating blocked energy goes back to at least 500 B.C. and was used by Pythagoras and others. The 49th Octave is a vibrational range that corresponds to certain colors, which fall within an electromagnetic energy spectrum. Basically, these colors can be projected to certain areas of the body to affect, and maybe heal, certain medical conditions.I say "maybe heal" for a reason. You absolutely CANNOT heal someone who does not WANT to be healed. Been there. Yes, believe it or not, there ARE people who really do NOT WANT to be healed. It takes a 1) desire to be healed, and 2) it usually means you have to fix/change whatever made you "sick" in the first place. Change is a painful process for most people and often not worth the trouble. So, if they don't fix whatever made them sick, the condition often returns.
Anyway, the book provides a lot of base information about colors, their vibratory rate, how colors and body energy interact, auras, chakras, energy imbalances, healing with sound,and matching color vibrations to various parts of the body. The book even provides how to information, such as what colors to place on what areas of the body to help reduce high blood pressure. An example of what colors to place on what areas is: in the back of the book, there are 123 conditions listed.Let's pick one:
#51 Gout--Lemon and Magenta on WBF; Scarlet on 12. WBF is Whole Body Front. Area 12 is on the back side of the body, and is the kidney area. This how to is explained in more detail in chapter 5, color application. There are also diagrams of front and back area numbers and locations of major organs so you can figure out what this "language" is saying. There really is a tremendous amount of info in this roughly 113 page book (plus about 17 extra pages of end-of-book stuff.)
There are also good explanations of various colors for those who see colors in the auras or wherever. There ARE people who see colors and energy fields, but if you are checking out this book, you probably already know that.

This book expains color and it's use for healing. How colors effect us, and how they can be used for the betterment of man. What I really like about this book is that he tells specifically how to use color for healing. Alot of books just give you theory, without instructions on how to accomplish, what is being talked about.

"Color Medicine" Works! This book is about The 49th Vibrational Technique researched by Dinshah. It gives a quick little run down on the chakras, and sound healing, but the real deal is the frequency of each color/chakra and the plates (which you need to purchase separately from a supplier.) Without the plates you cannot use this system. I purchased these plates in NJ after starting my journey with "Color Medicine" 15 years ago. I not only shine the specific color light on the appropiate areas (per the book.) I also tonate the water and treat a "patient" in this manner.I have studied and practiced the healing sciences for twenty years and I know of no other healing modality like this one for the plates are the exact frequency of each color that gets the job done ie. You are not just projecting any green color. The green included here is the proper frequency of green used for balancing of all conditions. And the philosophy goes like this; if you are sick you are not able to take in certain necessary colors/frequencies from the sun. You have a block. With "Color Medicine" the frequency that is lacking is "enhanced" and therefore can be absorbed, through the block, much easier
I have used this very effective system time and time again on myself, human "patients" and on animals. My human situations included headaches, indigestion/toxicity, emotional imbalance, cancer, tumors, kidney problems, knee problems. It helped to heal my dog's torn ACL (he did not need surgery!) My friend had a extremely neglected dog. It had mange, it's skin looked like an alligators; no hair. It scratched constantly and was very shy and withdrawn. She appeared to be on her death bed. The dog also had digestive problems. Within three months of using this system in combination with Bach Flower Remedies and tea tree oil massages the dog was totally normal...all hair had grown back and she was healthy and outgoing. It was a miracle to us but if I had the chance to tell Dinshah and Charles Klotsche they would have said, "it was the 49th Vibrational Technique."
I would not hesitate to use "Color Medicine" in every situation where spiritual, mental, emotional, and/or physical healing is necessary and the patient is willing. "Color Medicine" is a "MUST-HAVE" in my alternative medicine bag.
