5.0 out of 5 stars Very chill - great for babies! April 16 2005
By I. minsloff - Published on Amazon.com
I've found this DVD works quite well for calming our baby at nap time. No squealing cartoon characters or purple dinosaurs here, just mellow music and drifting skies. For some reason the little guys just seem to love this disc. For all those stressed out new parents out there, this ones a keeper!

5.0 out of 5 stars DVD Talk Magazine - most innovative release in 2004 Nov. 8 2004
By Robert L. Norton - Published on Amazon.com
No plot, no character development, no script. No, it's not the latest Hollywood blockbuster...it's one of 2004's most unique DVD releases! While there's no doubt that this disc might not be up everyone's alley, it was definitely a welcome change from the norm. If you're a fan of color as much as I am, I'm sure you'll enjoy Colorcalm: Skies. The DVD itself offers a great technical presentation, and that's what this release really needs. Above all else, Skies makes for a nice, relaxing experience that might just brighten up your day...especially if you doze off in the middle. Highly Recommended.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great party conversation piece June 26 2006
By Roger Glenn - Published on Amazon.com
This is a great party conversation piece. The options for selecting various styles of music (or silent) make it great for a variety of situations.
3.0 out of 5 stars Calm or Boring? Jan. 3 2010
By Dr. Rick Kirschner - Published on Amazon.com
Verified Purchase
I've tried several different screensaver type DVDs for my office bigscreen, which I use to create ambience for in-office coaching client visits. This one wound up on the bottom of the heap. A sky that's orange, or pink, or green, is just weird. That leaves blue, which is very nice. But the music leaves much to be desired, and the DVD hiccups a lot. I would not purchase this again given the chance. Colorcalm - Skies
5.0 out of 5 stars A short sample of Skies. Meditative and lulling. Oct. 20 2008
