I used to work at a major printing center and the internal durm of this cartridge looks to be the same as what I put in our comercial printers. Quality of print is as good if not better than the hp cartridges. I would hightly recommend this manufacturer. I would definately purchase again.

Negative: Toner does not produce black text color that would meet normal expectations of a remanufactured cartidge. Printed text comes out looking more gray than solid black. Positive: There are no smudges or smears on printed pages and text remains acceptably 'sharp.' Perhaps it's a tradeoff that makes for a longer-lasting cartridge. Time will tell.
