I loved everything i tried in this cook book so far and cant wait to try more. I tried the almond cheescake and chocolate mousse. I made them for my boyfriend and he didnt even realize that they were diabetic until I told him. The recipes are easy to follow and very easy to make for not just the diabetic but for the whole family or friends. Try it out, you will not be disappointed.

This book is amazing.I chose it because I knew that the Diabetic concept in terms of low-glycemic was what I wanted. No one in the family has diabetes.Each recipe shows nurtitional value, calories etc. These recipes have great taste/spices and variety. I only use this book and the Slowcooker book for all of our meals. AND we have all lost weight!

Try the 3 chocolate bars .. I make them and cut them up like mini brownies...they are to die for!!I love everything that I have tried out of it! How can you go wrong, with biscuit mix as the main ingredient in all the recipes, you get fluffy...bready dreams! I am gushing, but I have many cookbooks (I am very fussy) and this one I have thouroughly enjoyed...You will too!
