About the Author
Elizabeth Baird is the Executive Food Editor of Canadian Living Magazine and was the magazine’s food editor for more than 20 years. She is Canada’s foremost expert on Canadian cooking and the foods of Canada. She is the author of several best-selling cookbooks, including The Canadian Living Complete Cookbook, Canadian Living Make It Tonight and The Complete Canadian Living Christmas Book. In addition, Elizabeth was the one of the hosts of Canadian Living Cooks on Food Network Canada. She’s delighted to share her lifelong passion for baking in this new cookbook.

This is a great dessert and baking cookbook. I find the recipes to work well and there are great choices throughout. I bought it for myself and a friend too.

Canadian Living always has great recipes that have been tested to ensure perfection; this volume is no different. Lots of great ideas gathered together from the magazine with helpful tips and lots of basic recipes that can be customized according to one's tastes.

This is a GREAT recipe book to just keep on your shelf! There are TONS of great staple recipes and then really unique ones too, I go to this book often for everyday things and when I want to make something special. Easy to follow and great tips!!
