This book is comprehensive and can be used to draw up specific training plans for individual players, and as a basis for a general approach to various phases of team coaching. I have not seen another text as good as this as a reference tool for rugby conditioning.

Some of the conditioning things are a little dated, but the sport specific drills are well worth the purchase of this book.
