This book does a fabulous job helping businesses learn how to leverage the power of Facebook. Everyone thinks that being on Facebook will have instant benefits. But few realize that Facebook is a tool to build relationships with current and potential customers. It is not a pure sales platform. And this is where this book excels the most - it advocates using Facebook for building relationships, not hard selling. It also gives step-by-step instructions on how to implement the suggestions in the book. Finally, all of this is presented in a very easy-to-read manner. I teach entrepreneurship to undergraduates and plan to recommend this book to all of my students who are serious about starting their own businesses.
