4.0 out of 5 stars Great book Feb 25 2011
This book fits it's description and I'm satisfied with that. However, I would have liked to see it in a text book format because the binding doesn't look like it will last that long. But then again, it was only $15.00 so you get what you pay for.

3.0 out of 5 stars A lot of information but not quite enough. Mar 24 2013

This book is a basic primer for mathematics.
Unfortunately, the examples and "quizes" are less than inclusive.
A few examples are less than complete and left me wanting more.
However, as a primer, this book serves as a good basic math book that will help students to get the feel for the math they are studying in school. This book serves as a good book for me to use in my tutoring capacity.
Adding about another one-hundred pages to this publication in a future edition to include a bit more detail on certain subjects like the bacis geometry section might be due to be considered.
4.0 out of 5 stars the best mathe book if it was not for its size May 6 2012
