I wish that I had this information 30 years ago; I would have been in better health if I had known about what to do about my conditions. This book is packed with great information, detail and alterative ways for woman's health. It covers menstruation, pregnancy to menopause, stress, exercise and meditation suggestions, and much more. An excellent book, easy to understand, and I think it is a must for all women.
