Product Description

Review

"Clinicians will love this book. You cannot legitimately consider yourself a real dermatologist if you do not have this reference in your armamentarium. I recommend that all dermatologists buy two copies -- one for the office and one for home. This is a superb book and I am delighted to own it!"- Patricia Wong, MD (Stanford University Medical Center) 5 star Doody Rating!

HASH(0x9aaf56c0) out of 5 stars Invaluable resource Jan. 23 2013

The third edition of Wolverton is a substantial improvement over what was already a superb resource. I can think of no other reference book that touches it for dermatologic medications. I particularly appreciate the details on mechanisms of action and the balanced, nuanced discussions of adverse effects.

The chapters have been edited to limit repetition and some of the more egregious typos have been corrected -- although this book is still remarkable for the apparent lack of proof-reading. But misspellings certainly do not negate its value.

Wolverton's book is a classic in dermatology, and this edition is no exception. I especially appreciate the online version that can be accessed anywhere you have internet on any device. It is a complete version of the book, with the advantage of search.
