Having seen the 5th anniversary show numerous times on tape, I preferred it over the more recent 10th anniversary. However, if you can't track down the 5th anniversary show, a lot of what was included there is shown here as well. (...)

I'm not one to write online reviews about anything. This is my first. But I wanted to tell you that if you like Conan, and you must or you wouldn't be reading this, this anniversary special is a MUST buy. I've watched him since day 1, maybe missing an episode here or there but in general for the entire past 10 years. He is by far the funniest late night talk show host around. And that includes being above Letterman who I also like. I am placing my pre-order today and urge you to do the same. If you are a Conan fan, even a newcomer to the Conan fan-base, you won't regret it at this price.I've never attended a live taping of anything, and it just happens I got tickets and attended the live taping of this. Due to luck of the draw and much complaining on my part, I got to see both the rehearsal and the actual taping. Then I came home and watched it again on TIVO. That's how funny I thought it was. The show has many clips from 10 years of guests and skits. It also includes live visits from many of your favorite guests, my personal favorites being Will Ferrell and Jack Black. I'm hoping that the DVD will include some of the stuff that was cut from the show because there were even more funny skits and tidbits that occurred during taping that were cut on final airing.

I can't say that I've watched Conan for 10 years, I haven't, but I've watched him for maybe 9 and 3/4 years. Conan is an amazing entertainer, an amazing interviewer, and an amazing comedian. His show is so funny I love it. Definetly the best late night show out there without a doubt funny as hell. CONAN RULES(...) and no not Conan the Barbarian...CONAN O'BRIEN RULES
