The front two pouches are removable, leaving a sleeker bag that I use daily as a briefcase. It has plenty of room for multi-tools, knives, phone chargers, pens, etc. I haven't used the hidden holster, but it doesn't get in the way. I can fit my 14" Lenovo laptop in the case (barely), but it wouldn't fit in the laptop sleeve included with the bag. Overall, this is a great bag that seems to be well-made.

First of all I got this super quick in the mail and it came to a APO address. It arrived faster than my amazon orders I've placed in the same order.This little bag is a really great. I fit my 13" Macbook Pro in the laptop compartment with no problem. I removed the laptop sleeve that came with it because it wouldn't fit in to it but with my sleeve I already had it fits great. There is also room behind the laptop to store books and file folders. There's a place on the front of the bag to attach a name tape and pockets inside. I was a little weary about it at first because there were really no pictures of the inside of the bag but it didn't disappoint.
Pros:
Great size for a small bag to carry around from place to place
Very sturdy
Well Made
Plenty of space to add Mollie Items to the outside
Shoulder pad is really comfortable
Cons:
The two front pockets don't really do me any good. I took them off
I have no need for the gun concealment but they are just two pieces of elastic inside the bag so it doesn't interfere with everyday use or storage in the bag
13" Macbook didn't fit in the provided laptop sleeve
Over all I'm happy with the purchase and will be using the bag a lot.

Okay bag - not as big as I wanted - should have got the overnight bag. Solidly built with some quality issues. Whoever did the stitching messed up - one of the velcro pads was the wrong kind and would NOT hold with the strap - also, one of the zippers was stitched to the flap so it would not move - I had to take a knife to cut it loose... Would not buy one of these again...
