I ordered many books on the Technique, this 1 really did the trick! I recommend it to anybody looking to master there body-mind. I Also recommend Body rolling and the Franklin Technique, many Alexander Technique practitioners use these other methods in conjunction with the technique, together it's like a miracle. This supplier is very good as well.
