Overall the book is pretty good, except I was a little disappointed because I did not find that there were enough recipes or enough variations of each. I believe this book is worth reading, but not worth buying.

This book has great photos, clear instructions and the recipes are delicious! The loww price was also a selling point. Worth every penny and more!

These recipes sound delicious. And don't get me wrong some of them are. The stuffed pasta shells were fantastic!
The problem is that I think there are some errors involving time and temperature. For example when I cooked my granola in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 as per the recipe I ended up with charcoal. Also had some issues with the raspberry brownies, although they tasted really good the texture was pretty much like pudding, and that was after baking twice as long as the recipe stated.
It seems as if the dinner or savory recipes are more accurate and anything involving baking, take with a grain of salt.
The ones that worked were yummy.
Also wish they stated how long prep time should be.
Overall, just alright.

Not quite everything that I had expected. I wish there was less talk and more recipes. The recipes are interesting, but not necessarily great. It's a good guide if you actually are serious about really making an effort to lose weight, which was not my case. I just wanted to have healthy recipes that weren't fattening...

I bought this after seeing a few episodes of the show on Food Network Canada so I bought the book. A lot of great, easy to prep recipes were in the book and I'd highly recommend this book.
