I've purchased many gluten-free and dairy-free books and this one by far is the best! The ingredients are cheap and easy to find. All the recipes I've tried (probably about a quarter of them so far) have turned out awesome!

The recipe for the all-purpose flour blend and the pancake mix are excellent! Worth purchasing the book for! Ingredients are easily purchased at the Bulk Barn. Better and cheaper than purchasing these mixes at the health food store. I have tried several recipes so far, they are all great and I would make them again. You would never know the pancakes and waffles are gluten free recipes, they are light and fluffy. Recipes are easy and take few ingredients. She offers substitutions if you are not dairy free. I highly recommend this book, it is one of the better gluten free recipe books that I have tried.

This is a well-organised, easy to use cookbook. The recipes are simple and clear, are easy to make, and the ingredients are easily obtained. The food is tasty - there's nothing in the book that makes you feel like you're compromising to eat gluten-free. The 'Silvana's Flour Mix' recipe is the best gluten-free flour that I've ever come across; you'll use it in all your recipes. If I coud only have one gluten-free cookbook, this would be it.

Excellent ...
I haven't had a chance to use any recipes yet but looking forward to it. My oldest is gluten and lactose intolerant.

Amazing cookbook!
This book is wonderful! Easy to follow recipes. Food is delish. And it is all gluten and dairy free. Well worth the money. It is my new go to book when I am cooking.
