This is a well-organised, easy to use cookbook. The recipes are simple and clear, are easy to make, and the ingredients are easily obtained. The food is tasty - there's nothing in the book that makes you feel like you're compromising to eat gluten-free. The 'Silvana's Flour Mix' recipe is the best gluten-free flour that I've ever come across; you'll use it in all your recipes. If I coud only have one gluten-free cookbook, this would be it.
