4.0 out of 5 stars Annual Recipes - 2001 Cooking Light, Aug 3 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Cooking Light Annual Recipes 2001: Every Recipe...A Year's Worth of Cooking Light Magazine (Hardcover)
The 2001 edition contains more wonderful low calorie, low fat recipes including new ones to experiment with on the weekend and some quick, easy recipes for during the week. Most of the ingredients are easy to find and affordable. My only complaint is that the chapters of the book are organized by month, not by course. It helps for great hints of something new during certain months (especially during the summer when you want something lighter), but it also makes it challenging to find something in particular. I believe there's an index in the back that helps.

5.0 out of 5 stars Cooking Light never lets me down, May 12 2001
Cooking Light is the top cooking magazine in this country and this cookbook is a shining example of the reason why. You could never guess that these recipes where light and healthy. I read the magazine and having all the recipes for the year in one good spot is great and space saving...particularly in the shoebox I live in:-). Highly recommend all the books!
