- I love how the fans are adjustable. My Dell Inspiron XPS m1530 gets heated in a few unconventional areas so it was great that this cooling tray catered to that.- Barely any noise. Slight humming, but not very bothersome or loud. - The tilt relieves a bit of tension in my wrists from typing.

After 3 months using it almost every day. the fans just stopped working...I didn't find the reason so far

I purchased this product over a month ago, it arrived pretty fast without any damages. Since my laptop (17" HP Pavilion) is a desktop replacement, it's working hard every day and this product is just what I needed. I have never had a need to measure the temperature, because the laptop feels cool by touching its surface. The fans are so quite that you can't really tell if they are working at all. The size of the cooler is quite adequate for 17.3" laptops and it gives a nice angle for the keyboard, too. I am not sure about the power consumption, because the laptop is 80% of the time plugged into the wall outlet, but on the other hand, all the laptop components are so power hungry that you wouldn't notice decreased battery life anyways! The price is well balanced to the product design and I really have no complaints.Highly recommended!
