screw problems..so far,

This fan does not come with screws and the original screws from my sony vaio vgn cs320j do not match. It's kind of fun to take apart the laptop, but this isn't. Anyway, the fan seems to work after installing it brute-force.

These Sony Laptops are known for fan problems, the replacment fans are redisigned for longer life, Sony's are surprisingly easy to service not like regular laptops, on a DIY scale 1 - 10 I'd say this is a 5 or 6.
