All anyone ever needed for photo and vector graphics March 26 2008
By R. B. Liles - Published on Amazon.com

I use Corel as a replacement for AutoCAD. It can open and work on .dwg and .dxf files. It's easy to learn and you can do so many different things! PhotoPaint is included and it's capable of almost everything that Photoshop can do.

Powerhouse program for artists on a budget Feb. 22 2009
By A. McCullough - Published on Amazon.com
While I got this program at the educational discount price (I was taking classes at the time), this software suite is a bargain even at its full retail cost. You get a world-class vector drawing program, a powerful pixel-editing (photo-editing) program, a font manager, nearly the entire Bitstream font library and a very good selection of clipart and photos for about what you would pay for Adobe Illustrator CS4 alone. I work as a graphic artist, I am familiar with Illustrator and frankly, I prefer Corel's product hands down for ease of use. It's a fantasic program loaded with features and intutive in use - I can't say enough good things about the software.

CorelDRAW for Vista June 29 2008
By Wryon - Published on Amazon.com
I got a new computer running Vista and needed to replace all my software. I had an older version of CorelDRAW and many features would not load properly on Vista. The new graphics suite works fine and Amazon got me the software adhead of their promised date. All is well, again.

A Great Program Jan. 13 2009
By Russ Marshall - Published on Amazon.com
I have been using CorelDraw7 for many years - mostly self taught. Received a new computer for Christmas and updated to CorelDraw X4. The new features are very easy to get used to and the Users Guide on the DVD is a great asset. However, being considerably older than most users I would have preferred a printed manual. I did buy a copy of "CorelDraw X4 - The Official Guide" by Gary Bouton to supplement the DVD version and find I am using it almost exclusively. It's a great book.

My hobby is woodworking so this is an ideal program for design and assembly drawings. I realise I'm not nearly utilizing the full capabilities of this program but I am completely satisfied and would highly reccommend it to anyone. I also own a copy of another highly rated draw program but prefer CoreDraw X4 hands down.
