I still have not received this book yet so I can not tell you about it I hope I get it soon so I can start school I have been waiting for over a month for it to come.

The item came in pristine condition. I had a difficult time finding this particular edition without paying through the nose for it. Thankfully, I was able to get this copy for just a bit more than the original price!

This book is filled with Developmentally Appropriate Practices for the Early Childhood Educator/Caregiver. From the set up of the room to the reasons for block play, this book covers everything in an easy to read format. I also loved that at the end of the chapters, there were sample letters to parents that explained the importance of the different areas of a preschool/early learning environment. These letters also included ideas that they could use at home.

It is a wonderful tool to go back to again and again.
