Book Description

Feb 15 2009
You've tried positive thinking. You've tried the Secret. You've read Abraham and all the others. And still, what you want to manifest isn't showing up. You say to yourself: § I'm thinking good thoughts and practicing the law of Attraction. Why isn't it working? § How do I know if I'm even manifesting what's best for me, or if it's part of God's plan for me? § What am I doing wrong? Because I've tried this all before and it didn't work. § I know it works, but ' when' will the things I'm manifesting come to me? § I've had success, but never in 'one certain area'. Why can't I change things for myself there? § Can I learn to manifest good things for 'other' people, like my spouse or children? Summer McStravick answers these questions and more in her groundbreaking book, 'Creative Flowdreaming,' that covers every aspect of manifesting through a highly practical technique called Flowdreaming. Summer's expert knowledge as a manifesting practitioner is translated into every workshop as she teaches you what it means to work with the subtle energies of the Universe. She shows you how to harness universal Flow, and channel it toward your own desires. What if you woke up every day feeling that your life was a work of art-in-progress that took shape hour by hour, culminating in a lifetime of satisfaction and fulfillment? And what if you, the artist of this life, '' were able to sculpt the events and opportunities in your future not merely through physical action, but by using a far more powerful and subtle type of energy? There 'is' such an energy, and it stirs just below the surface, creating the blueprints for everything that erupts in your physical existence. And you can learn to use it. 'Creative Flowdreaming' reveals a powerful, precise, and beautiful method for manifesting in which you become an 'artist of living'. You'll learn about this world of the 'manifesting practitioner,' who guides the flow of living energies, as Summer gives you an intimate glimpse into her own pioneering practice. Forget everything you've learned about needing tough 'lessons' or 'learning experiences.' With Creative Flowdreaming, you learn that life is not a ladder to be climbed or a series of obstacles to get through. Life is about long-term financial security, relationships that feed your soul, robust health, and doing something with your time that you find meaningful and enjoyable. 'Creative Flowdreaming,' and the path of the manifesting practitioner, reveals the way to harness the power of 'Flow' - the energy of ease, perfection, and bubbling potential that is forever at your fingertips.

About the Author

Summer McStravick is the Network Producer of HayHouseRadio.com, an Internet radio network, where she has hosted her radio show, 'Flowdreaming,' and co-hosted another weekly radio program with Dr. Wayne Dyer for more than four years. In her role at Hay House, she's created hundreds of seminars and audio programs for such self-development luminaries as Louise Hay, Gregg Braden, Doreen Virtue, Caroline Myss, Suze Orman, Marianne Williamson, Denise Linn, and a host of other well-known teachers. At the same time, Summer developed the art of Flowdreaming, a technique for manifesting that is intensely practical and yet extremely powerful. What began with her sharing with a small, enthusiastic group of family and coworkers has since blossomed into a full-fledged philosophy that approaches life from the perspective of intense inner power. Flowdreaming teaches you how to define and program inthe future events you want to see in your life, and is the 'definitive' art of manifesting. For almost a decade, Summer has been working with the subtle living energies of our world to repattern the underlying energetic templates of our lives, and teaching others how to as well.

This book is a must read if you are interested in taking the art of manifesting and the understanding of manifesting to a new level. Summer offers an alternative to meditation as a way of entering this peaceful, comforting, loving place that she calls The Flow. Once in The Flow, you are given ways to change change and manipulate the energies to create the life you want. Summer takes The Flow concept further as she shares her wisdom on life, and her discoveries about the Universe. She tackles topics that are of interest to anyone exploring the Mind Body Spirit Connection. Summer offers a toolkit of emotions at the end of the book to those who work best with specifics. Her style of writing is easy to read and understand. I am really excited about this book and grateful to Summer for sharing her wisdom.

5.0 out of 5 stars A refreshing and interesting way of looking at life and manifesting! April 6 2009
By Beth A. Burden - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
Let's face it, there's no one out there quite like Summer McStravick. Of course, I'm a fan of her CD's, books, and radio program (Flowdreaming) on [...]. Summer answers or attempts to answer all of the questions that I have had in my lifetime. Why are we here? Where do we come from? What can we do to take control of the reigns of our lives? Creative Flowdreaming has helped me in my search for my truth. What's great is that Summer McStravick realizes that everyone has their own truth and beliefs. In her latest book she has put herself out there by daring to define her truths. After reading other authors such as Eckhart Tolle, Jane Roberts, and Wayne Dyer, Summer McStravick is refreshing. Her views on the ego and how it's not such a bad thing made me feel let off the hook.
She explains how to enter "the flow" which in the energy blueprint of all creation. I love the way she describes that we are all God having experiences to expand Itself. This is a must read for anyone that is on a spiritual path and for anyone who wants to manifest a better way of living.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best of scientific and spiritual thought braided together July 2 2009
By Blooming Man - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
In a society obsessed with self help/human potential books and the idea of manifesting, Summer McStravick has written one of the most articulate, scientific, spiritual yet grounded books on the subject yet. It's heart felt, earnest, open and extremely clear writing. The book links human emotions and thought as a powerful tool for manifesting. It's too bad this one is being overlooked by readers. While it blends many of the ideas from Esther and Jerry Hicks, the idea of blending guided daydreams reaches back to unforgettable Neville Goddard's work with the "awakened imagination." The parallels are stunning. For many people, whoever, Goddard might be too scriptural. Summer's first book "Flowdreaming" did extremely well in the marketplace. We can only hope this "Creative Flowdreaming" eclipses that one. This is the one to buy.
