Didn't pay much for this book - and had few expectations. However, compared to most of the drivel that's put out by 3rd party publishers, this stuff is good! Written by the designer of Eberron (before he became famous!) - this book contains all sorts of memorable PC classes, prestige classes, and rules and guidelines for running a campaign centered around investigations and strict legal societies.
