This clock does not seem to recognize our timezone (Atlantic). Everytime we manually change it to our correct time, after a few hours it changes, so it is always one hour off. the DST button does not seem to help. it may change to the correct time for a short period, but them it always changes back to eastern time zone.
SO ANNOYING!

I just love this clock; I bought the 12" version about seven years ago and it is still going strong. You can't go wrong.

Huge! Feb. 16 2013

Got this to replace a classroom/shop clock at a university and it is a giant compared to the one it replaced. Easily seen and clearly marked without any ornamentation it is professional looking a easy to read from anywhere. It had been banged around during shipping apparently and two of the arms had fallen off, but I replaced them myself (it was easy to open up) and then are fine. Once open I realized that it would be easy to place a decal or name on the face to personalize this item, although openning it up probably voids the warranty. But the warranty is so short (ironically on a clock) that it really doesn't matter.
Clook keeps prefect time and resets it self nightly, so as a clock it is perfect.

Some Adjustment Required April 9 2014
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com

Have bought 10 of these so far to use in our business. About half have needed some extra adjustment or reassembly. Two had multiple standoffs broken and screws missing holding the back on requiring some extra adhesive. Overall a nice looking clock and very easy to read, but the chances of getting a lemon are pretty high. Batteries seems to be lasting about a year as well, so the idea of not having to deal with resetting clocks on a regular basis isn't what I had hoped. Because of the number I have ordered, I've gotten through three different vendors so the problems sit with the manufacturer.

Dissatisfied Dec 5 2013

I bought two of these clocks. One clock set itself fine to the correct time. The other one took several days to self-set to the correct time. After two months, the second hand on one of the clocks has stopped working. I am now convinced that they are not high-quality and over-priced.

Highly accurate except for two weeks a year Nov. 5 2013

Beautiful clocks, we have two in our office. However, they can take a several days to pick up the correct time from Fort Collins, CO. Also, they take a long time to update to daylight savings time changes.

Here are actual instructions from the La Crosse website on how to help speed up the update: "At night, place the clock, watch or weather station on a wall or in a window with the Front or Back facing Ft Collins Colorado. This allows the widest portion of the antenna to be positioned to receive the signal." Seems like an odd solution in the Internet age.

So long as the delay in time updates doesn't bother you, they are great clocks. I knocked one star off due to the update slowness.
