Not bad...,

This DVD is great if you have little room in your space to work out. It isn't all that difficult but still gets your heart rate up in beginners. It's fun and funky and familiarizes you with moves that you quite often see in music videos and young dancers. If you love to go out and have a good time dancing at the clubs, this dvd is for you. I enjoyed the funky moves but can't see it being something you can advance in. It's something different, but be sure to get other videos from the Crunch collection to prevent you from bordom or it getting too easy for you. I recommend it to beginners and intermediate to add some spunk to your workout.

Ok-- at first I didn't like the workout that much. I had a tough time catching on to the choreography. It took me 3 times before I could get it down-- and really I still don't have all the moves. BUT-- once I got into it and just did my own lame variations of the moves, it was really fun! (If you can't get over feeling like a big dork dancing in your living room, this might not be the workout for you.) And the instructor is fun and energetic, so that helps too. The cardio isn't that tough, but it's so enjoyable that I do it regularly anyway. And you can always repeat your favorite dances if you want a longer workout.

This workout is so much fun. The choreography is complicated enough to be challenging but the instruction is so good that you can catch on very quickly. A great workout!
