Ok-- at first I didn't like the workout that much. I had a tough time catching on to the choreography. It took me 3 times before I could get it down-- and really I still don't have all the moves. BUT-- once I got into it and just did my own lame variations of the moves, it was really fun! (If you can't get over feeling like a big dork dancing in your living room, this might not be the workout for you.) And the instructor is fun and energetic, so that helps too. The cardio isn't that tough, but it's so enjoyable that I do it regularly anyway. And you can always repeat your favorite dances if you want a longer workout.
