This video is great. I found it very easy to follow and it gets the heart rate going and works up a sweat. I have so much fun doing this video. Its a blast!!! You don't even realize that your working out and the time just flys by.
There are 3 sections to it. The first is latin/salsa type dancing the second is called party funk and has some hip hop type dancing and the third section is retro. Each section is about 10 minutes and goes through two different dance routines.
This video is about intermediate level. My mom tried to do it with me once and couldn't get passed the warm up. So if you are uncordinated this is not the video for you.
