Excellent workout low impact, Aug 15 2006

I love this DVD first because it has toned my body and second because it is low impact. I have a herniated disc so I was afraid to do any exercise but this DVD has definitely taught me that I can get better with exercise. Ellen Barrett is very motivating and the movements can be advanced or not.

Worth The Investment...., April 22 2008

This DVD does deliver results and provides a thorough workout. Here are the pros:
1. Instructor's tempo is just perfect.
2. Instructor's ques are easy to follow --- she uses clear and concise words. I was able to then perform the exercises without watching the t.v.
3. Exercises --- you can feel so many muscles working all at once and there was good burn.
4. Background music was not loud and it was nice to listen to.
I have noticed that my abs, hips and thighs are more toned and I am walking more erect, after just three workouts.
I love this DVD and will keep working out to it for many years --- it feels like I am actually at her class. As well, I just purchased her second Crunch exercise --- I am giving away my other exercise DVDs. ;-)
Worth the investment!

Looks easy...but tough!, Jan 22 2007

I'm a beginner/intermediate so it really makes me work harder, but not so much that I can't handle the moves. I use it even after my other 45min Crunch DVD's. It's low impact...so it's great for the days when I can't get enough of pilates/yoga! At first try, I felt like I didn't even get a workout (I'm used to the high-impact exercises) but trust me YOU DO, you'll feel it the next day...in a good way! I recommend this DVD for those of you who need low-impact.
