We purchased this model in February, 2010 to replace an old T-Fal unit that "died" and was no longer available. The Cuisinart has a large cooking surface and is reversible so you can make delicious pancakes for breakfast and grill a tender juicy steak for dinner. Chicken and chops, (pork or lamb) also are easy along with vegetables- tomatoes, peppers, onions, zucchini and the like. Clean up is a breeze thanks to the no-stick surface. The thermostat control works well and maintains even temperatures for any cooking requirement. Overall we are very pleased with it and now, I have to cut this review short because my wife is making veal scaloppine (done on the Guisinart Grill) and it's almost ready. Perhaps with a Pinot Grigio- Bon appetit! Tomorrow morning, it's blueberry pancakes with fresh blueberries, strawberries and raspberries topped with Quebec maple syrup.Merci Cuisinart! Thank you for reading.
