ATTENTION, this product is the worse mouse i have used in 25 years! Support what support, no answer for 2 weeks, go an answer reasking me my information, the they after go a email to close the ticket!By the way the battery last less then 8 hours... WOW! Funny behavior on click! Driver for programming button does not work! The R.A.T 9 Gaming mouse is the latest installment of mice in the R.A.T line. Removing problems other mice have had in the past, the R.A.T 9 seems to be the perfect mouse - and it comes close.As a PC gamer, I've always avoided wireless mice. However, the quick changeable batteries (though sometimes a bit of a pain to get out. A release button would have been nice) make swapping very quick. The mouse can be customized to almost any hand. It fits me perfectly and it's very comfortable. The mouse is very sturdy despite it's odd appearance. The downsides to this are small - the thumb wheel button is useless. Even when installed, the placement of it (non-adjustable) makes it far more convinent to just use your regular mouse wheel. It feels more like a useless gimmick added onto the mouse than something that's actually useful. The mouse has a number of DPI settings which can be changed by the user, making changing sensitivity on the fly instantaneous. Sometimes the mouse will just stop responding, requiring the you to unplug the USB and plug it back in before it'll resume doing what it's supposed to - move your cursor. The batteries, while rechargeable, barely last a day when the mouse is not in use. WHile these are minor issues, they are existant. The mouse also comes with a 'sniper' button to be used in FPS games, which slows the DPI down dramatically for when you need to make those precision shots and can't afford to be off by a hair. Another thing I noticed with the mouse is that all the weights cannot be used at once, or you'll have to remove your adjustment tool. Either way this is a weighty mouse. This mouse is just short of perfect, having given me faith in wireless mice for gaming once more. However, the few issues with it's design such as the thumb wheel, the weights, the random bouts where it'll simply stop working until replugged in and the atrociously short life of the batteries prevent it from being a 5/5.

I never thought a mouse could be so satisfying, but this Rat is really cool and functional. It is pretty expensive for a mouse but if you play games or use your computer often it is a good purchase.
