Too large for most purposes unless you make another smaller cookie cutter shape inside and then is OK dough
spout is prone to fall off during transfer to tray

Works great for tea parties! March 18 2010
By Mary Elizabeth Cornelius - Published on
I had a tea party for my daughter's 3rd birthday party. We made peanut butter & jelly sandwiches and cut them out with this cookie cutter. It worked great! Best part is, we can re-use the cookie cutter for sugar cookies, jello jigglers, etc. And when we get tired of that we can retire it to the play-doh supplies. My kids love cutting out shapes of that stuff.

Cute cutter, but seems like it will rust April 2 2013

The cookie cutter is a great shape. Haven't used it to make cookies yet, but I think it will work just fine. I thought this would be perfect to make cookies for all of my daughter's tea parties that she likes to have. The quality of the metal makes me wonder though. The instructions tell you to handwash and then dry immediately. Being lazy with dishwashing like I am, I like things that can be put in the dishwasher or at the least able to drip-dry in the dish drainer. This is not able to do either, so I'm guessing this item will rust easy. It was fairly cheap, so maybe it isn't made to be used for years and years. Overall, cute cookie cutter that I'm excited to use, but i'm afraid it will quickly rust.

Great price for such a great cookie cutter! Perfect shape for cookies. My daughter and her friends loved them! I have seen more expensive teapot cookie cutters and this one seems to be better than the rest.
