These books are pure entertainment and fun. Though this particular book was not necessarily on par with her others in the same series, it was still a great read. If you are looking for a good entertaining series this is it! I haven't been able to put them down.

Lots happened in this book (and I hope True Blood uses it for Season Five). I think I mentioned in previous reviews for this series how much more I like Sookie in the books; Harris having her read library books and shop at Wal-mart makes Sookie maybe the most accessible person in fiction (the fiction I am reading, anyway). What Harris should do away with is having most of the men in the book want Sookie - please don't have this series go the way of Laurell K. Hamilton!

Started the Sookie Stackhouse series and didn't stop until all 13 were read.
Only to start back at the beginning again.
