Fun, but incomplete March 18 2011
By R. M. Duenas - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
Just like other reviewers' children, my 4 year old daughter had a great time learning about dog breeds and matching the stickers to their "shadows". However, we believe a page must be missing from the book, as we were left with 12 dogs without any spot to stick them to. We ended up placing the extra stickers on the back of the cover and back-cover pages, but still, the publisher should be more careful about the quality!

stickers are awesome, but none fit the outlines of the other dog spots Jan. 24 2011

my 2 1/2 year old lovessssssssssssss the sticker book...so many dog stickers, but then there are all these dogs that are just outlined and you assume you are supposed to find the sticker and put the dog in that outlined area...after looking for about 20 of them we realized you don't do that in this book...but what is the purpose of the outlined dogs...other books you find the sticker and put it where the outlined dog is..other than that its a great book of wonderful stickers...they should have put the name of each dog under the sticker so it could have been a learning tool too...still so worth the stickers but my two comments above would have improved the book a lot...but don't let that keep you have not getting a great book of good stickers..i docked one star for each negative review..
Wonderful book for 1.5 year old! Feb. 5 2010
By Cheryl S - Published on Amazon.com

My 1.5 year old son loves dogs. I wanted to give him some fine motor skill exercises - so I bought this book. We spent a lot of time just looking at all of the pictures. Then he figured out that they were stickers and started trying to peel them off the paper. I would help him peel the stickers off and then I found the dog on the page and he would try to place it. I was glad that the stickers were somewhat re-positionable, as sometimes it took more than one try to get the match close to the shape on the page.

Note: the dogs are not in any real order, so it is definitely and hunt game (which my 3.5 year old loved). Also, there are more stickers than there are places to put them in the book.

I would definitely buy this product again. I haven't looked, but I would also get this type of book for cats and other animals to reinforce my sons recognition of animals.

I love this book...I'm an adult dog fanatic! Not just another dog breed book; this has in-depth info. on dogs in culture and history of dogs. Great index, and features just about every interesting tidbit about dogs! Another great Eyewitness book! I used to be a teacher and used these books a great deal for reference!!
Fun, But a Few Flaws Aug. 19 2013
By Sarah M - Published on Amazon.com

My almost 7 year old got this about 2 years ago and she still loves to take it out and look at it. Unfortunately, the stickers say they are reusable, but they aren't - we tried to remove one once and it tore. Also, she has stickers left, and empty spaces in the book left, but they don't match each other. Kind of odd.
